For the first time ever the Spring semester of the U.S. Soccer's Residency Program has a La Roca player on the roster.  40 players live on campus at the IMG academy in Bradenton, Florida, and train daily under the guidance of Wilmer Cabrera the U.S. Under 17 Men's national coach.  They train in the morning and attend classes at Bradenton Preparatory Academy in the afternoon.  The team takes several foreign trips each year and also plays against top Development Academy sides in an exhibition setting, traveling across the country.

Since its inception, 170 players have been though the Residency Program including: Freddy Adu, DaMarcus Beasley, Kyle Beckerman, Michael Bradley, Landon Donovan, Bobby Convey, Eddie Gaven, Jonathan Spector, and Jose Altidore.

Matt is a member of the U-17 Premier team coached by Adolfo Ovalle and is a member of the Region 4 ODP team.  Great job Matt we all wish you the best in this awesome opportunity.
