Access Mortgage

La Roca announces a new partnership with Chris Cotton of Access Mortgage.  Chris has two nephews who currently play for La Roca.

With Access Mortgage, La Roca now has a new avenue to help with player scholarships.   Every mortgage loan (new or refinance) will provide needed funds for the La Roca Scholarship Fund.    Once mortgage financing is secured through Chris, funds will be forwarded to La Roca in a specific player’s name to be used for his/her own fees and our scholarship fund.

Chris has been in the residential mortgage industry since 2003.  During this time he has become a true mortgage professional by creating a successful model of service and an understanding for each individual he works through financing their home.  He understands what it takes to work hard for his clients.  He was the #1 mortgage professional for Aspen Hills Mortgage, LLC during the years of 2004, 2005 and 2006.  He is currently working on obtaining his CMB from Mortgage Bankers Association because he is always looking for ways to improve his abilities and services to his clientele.

Chris started playing soccer at age nine.  He had the opportunity to play for one of the best clubs in the state by the time he was eleven.  During his playing years, he played all through the western United States where his team won over 30 tournaments and league trophies.  He was also recognized as one of the best players in Utah by being selected as first team All-State while playing his senior year at Hunter High School in West Valley City, Utah.

Chris is happily married to Brittni and has one daughter.  He also owns a commercial real estate company called Aspen Hills Commercial Funding where they specialize in financing apartment buildings, assisted living facilities, retail centers and other commercial real estate.

Please contact Chris for all of your mortgage financing needs.
