IT’S A GREAT TME TO BE A LA ROCA PLAYER!

On the BOYS side, every age group in Fall State Cup (U11 through U18) will be represented by a La Roca team in the semi-finals!   This is a La Roca record!  All semi-final games will be played on Thursday, Oct. 22  at 4:45 p.m. in Orem.   Final games are scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 24^th.  The following teams will be playing:

U-11 TJ Waters, Coach

U-12  Pancho Ovalle, Coach

U-13  Ariel Bravo, Coach

U-14  Adolfo Ovalle, Coach

U-15  Pancho Ovalle, Coach

U-16  Adolfo Ovalle, Coach

U-17  Roger Mitchell, Coach

U-18  Danny Parkhurst, Coach

On the GIRLS side, the high school state championships are being played this weekend.   In 2A, St. Joseph HS plays a semi final game on Friday at 1:15 p.m. at Jordan High School – final game is Sat. at 11:00 a.m. at Rio Tinto Stadium.  In 3A, Morgan HS plays a semi final game on Friday, at 3:45 p.m. at Jordan High School – final game is Sat. at 1:30 p.m. at Rio Tinto Stadium.  In 4A, (defending champion) Bonneville HS plays Timpanogos in the final game at Rio Tinto Stadium on Friday at 4:30 p.m.  In 5A, Davis HS will meet Alta in the final game at 7:00 p.m. on Friday at Rio Tinto.  All of these high school teams have numerous La Roca players making a huge impact on girls high school soccer.   For more information, please visit www.uhsaa.org (girls sports, soccer)
